The GOTOM app processes your personal data in the context of executing a supply agreement concluded with you or your employer. The bases for this are: a contract (delivery), a legitimate interest or because of a legal obligation. For this purpose, it processes the data named in the previous paragraph.
The GOTOM app does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected or from a legal obligation. Your data will not be kept for more than one year after you stop using the GOTOM app. With the exception of data that must be retained in the context of an emergency and any investigation thereof.
The GOTOM app only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the delivery agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation and sometimes with your explicit consent.
